Dominion Over Darkness was founded by Donald J. Brown, following a powerful spiritual awakening and direct encounters with the reality of spiritual warfare. Through biblical research, personal testimony, and divine direction, this ministry was born to help others break free from spiritual bondage and step into their God-given authority.
